EVALUATION
Through client interviews, meetings, and field observation we will compile precise information required for design phases.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Using the information gathered during the evaluation phase we will provide conceptual layouts, which provide the basic idea for design development. We will then formalize the design for your review and approval.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
The approved design is translated into drawings with specifications that will be used for construction and the ordering of materials/furnishings. We will coordinate any consultant input required to complete these drawings and related documentation. All drawings and specifications are reviewed and approved by you.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
This phase is critical to the implementation, quality, and intent of the design. We will manage all aspects of the project during construction. This includes working with contractors, fabricators, and vendors. We are also happy to assist in the bidding process.
FURNITURE SPECIFICATION AND PROCUREMENT
Whether it is designing custom furniture or purchasing one or several pieces of furniture, we will assist in furniture layout, selection, procurement, and installation.
ARTWORK AND ACCESSORIES SPECIFICATION
We will also assist you in the selection of artwork and accessories required providing the final detail for your project.
